Once you make a call to a consumer, and verify right party contact, you never know where the conversation will go once the consumer opens his or her mouth. There is so much that can lead the conversation in a different direction. No two calls go exactly the same. So, you may ask yourself, “What do I say now?”

In this session we will discuss how to maneuver a conversation in a way that will make you sound like you were ready for anything… even when you weren’t. This will allow the consumer to feel confident in you and develop a stronger bond in the few minutes of what could otherwise be a stumbling situation.
